We've been working with Rachel since the summer, and I cannot say enough good things about her. Handing over my social media was something I was really hesitant to do. I was worried that no one would fully understand my voice, my visual preferences, or the way I wanted to show up online. Rachel took the time to walk me through exactly how she would approach all of this, which helped build trust from the very beginning. Even with that reassurance, letting go was still hard, but I needed support because I simply couldn’t keep up with everything on my own anymore. When Rachel sent over the first drafts, I remember feeling this massive sense of relief. It was one of those “oh wow… she totally gets me and my business” moments. The weight that lifted off my shoulders was enormous! Rachel is incredibly communicative, thoughtful, proactive, and just a dream to work with.
