Yes! We want you to feel confident managing your new website long after your intensive is complete. At the end of your project, you’ll receive a website handoff guide that walks you through how to make basic updates and edits yourself, so you’re not reliant on us every time you need to make a small change.
You’ll also receive 30 days of email support following your launch. During this time, you can reach out with questions, troubleshooting, or small post-launch adjustments, such as updating a link or making a minor text change.
After your 30-day support period, you’re always welcome to reach out with questions or additional requests, but priority support will have ended and any revisions or updates will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Our goal is to give you everything you need to confidently manage your website moving forward, with support there when you need it.
The biggest thing we ask is that you come prepared! Before your intensive begins, you’ll provide website copy, images, and any other required content. This allows us to use your intensive week to focus entirely on designing, refining, and getting your new brand and website ready to launch.
Once your intensive begins, we’ll take it from there. You’ll have a few key points throughout the week where we’ll need your feedback and approval, but you won’t need to be working alongside us all week. Our goal is for you to hand things over to us and let us bring everything together.

Your website will be designed using a growing library of custom Showit canvas designs created by Rachel, our lead designer. Rather than starting from a blank canvas, we’ll pull and combine different design elements and layouts from our library based on your brand, goals, content, and website needs.
The library is continuously growing, with Rachel adding fresh designs every month, so your website is built from a curated collection of elevated, intentional designs, not a one-size-fits-all template.
